Advance Notice: We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a time slot.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.

Refunds are not typically provided for completed services. However, if you have concerns about a treatment, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Medical Disclosures: Prior to receiving treatment, clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions or medications. This ensures we can provide safe and appropriate care.
